Complaints Management

If you have made a trip on the Brebemi network and want to submit a complaint, you must enter the following mandatory data:

  • the user’s identification details (name, surname, contact details) and any representative, attaching in this case the user’s proxy and identity document;
  • the identification details of the trip made (entry point, exit point, date and time slot of passage, vehicle license plate);
  • a copy of the toll payment receipt or the number of the electronic toll collection device used to make the transit;
  • a description of the disruption detected.

Send complaint by email

The email can be sent via ordinary email or via PEC to the address: reclami.brebemi@argenteagestioni.it

Send complaint by registered mail

For all types of complaints or claims, a registered letter can be sent to:

indicating on the envelope «Subject: COMPLAINT».
All the mandatory data listed above are necessary to start the complaint procedure.
